We accept all VISA & MasterCard branded cards for payments.

SHIPPING

Efg offers free shipping on all paid orders. Customers usually receive their orders within 4-5 business days. We cover more than 13,000 pin codes and if your pin code is not serviceable, we are coming soon to your place.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

EFG offers replacement guarantee on all products. If you want to replace your product, please send an email to smellycat@efgstore.in and we will replace it at no extra cost. Please note replacement is valid only if the received product is damaged or is not as described on the website. If you don’t want the replacement of your product, we will issue a refund to you. We currently do not have a reverse logistic facility available with us and we will need your cooperation to ship the products to us and we can have it replaced.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us at smellycat@efgstore.in and if the order is not shipped, we will cancel the order for you.

REFUNDS

On receiving the product back and once the quality check is successful, we will initiate the refund in the same source account via which the payment was made initially (that is Credit Card, Debit Card and Net-banking). If it is a COD order, we will ask for your bank account details. Please note, refund of shipping (Rs.50) and COD charges (Rs.50) (if applicable) will not be done in case you wish to take the refund instead of replacement.
